The Qing
Inspired by the ancient Chinese philosophy of the five elements—wood, fire, earth, metal, and water— The Qing seamlessly weaves together flavors, textures, and ingredients to create a harmonious culinary experience that delights the senses. The design of the restaurant is based on the traditional Chinese Courtyard House, a historic structure in which four residences would surround a beautiful central garden, blending residential opulence with the true beauty of the outside world. The Qing serves Contemporary Chinese cuisine showcasing traditional flavours albeit using modern cooking methods.
